Email signature


This is a guide how to implement an official Aurora e-mail signature into your e-mail client.

Gmail or Outlook365:

  1. Open your e-mail client, search for “settings” and then “signature”
    • in Gmail: settings icon (on the top right) -> All settings -> scroll down for signature section
    • in Outlook365: settings icon (on the top right) -> All Outlook settings -> Compose and reply
  2. Open the email template on https://aurora-universities.eu/email.html
  3. Select the whole content from the template (previous step) by CTRL+A and copy it by CTRL+C
  4. Paste the template by CTRL+V into your e-mail client
  5. Update informations (name, position, telephone and e-mail) line by line
  6. Do not forget to save the settings/signature in your e-mail client
  7. If any problem occurs then delete whole signature, copy and paste it once again
  8. If occurs problem with image/logo only then try to use alternative template on https://aurora-universities.eu/email2.html

 

Mozilla Thunderbird:

  1. Open your e-mail client, right-mouse-button click on the name/e-mail account (e.g. test@aurora-universities.eu) in the sidebar -> settings -> signature section -> check “Use HTML” here
  2. Open the email template on https://aurora-universities.eu/email.html
  3. Open the HTML source code of the template by CTRL-U
  4. Select the whole HTML source code (previous step) by CTRL+A and copy it by CTRL+C
  5. Paste the source code by CTRL+V into your e-mail client
  6. Update informations (name, position, telephone and e-mail) line by line
  7. If any problem occurs then delete whole signature, copy and paste it once again
  8. If occurs problem with image/logo only then try to use alternative template on https://aurora-universities.eu/email2.html
