The Faculty of Arts of Palacký University Olomouc organizes a staff training event focussing on Digitalizing the Agenda of International Relations and Erasmus Without Papers. This training is organized as a Blended Intensive Program (BIP) in the Erasmus+ Framework.
The physical part of BIP shall take place at the Faculty of Arts, Palacky University, Olomouc, Czech Republic between May 15th and May 19th, 2023. The virtual part will take place primarily during the physical mobility (to test the compatibility of our system and solve problems on spot) and possibly one meeting shall be organised approximately a week prior to the physical part.
Tentative Programme:
The sessions aim to bring together a variety of international office, to share best practices on Erasmus Without Papers, and the rapid developments surrounding BIPs. We would be delighted uf administrative and IT staff would participate, particularly those who already have experience organising and administrating a BIP programme. We would like to create a mix of participants from various programme countries and universities of various kinds and sizes.
The training will be offered to all Aurora partners free of charge. The sending university is responsible for covering their participants’ travel and accomodation, using Erasmus+ funds. As a BIP, all participants will require a formal Erasmus Mobility agreement issued by the sending instiution and will have to be registered in the Beneficiary Module of Erasmus+. Even participants who will not have their stay and accomodation covered by their home university need to be registered in the Beneficiary Module, opting for “zero grant”.
We look forward to your participation in our BIP. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact UP Faculty of Arts Vice-Dean For Internationalisation Pavlina Flajsarova (pavlina.flajsarova@upol.cz ), or Eva Antošová (eva.antosova@upol.cz), the administrative contact for this event, who can issue confirmation of your intended participation aassist with all Erasmus paperwork.
