The Aurora Competence Framework has been developed in consultation with stakeholders, and implementation and validation is planned for 2022/23.
There are three tools that contribute to the ACF: SEISMIC which measures the Aurorarisation of courses: how study programmes contribute to developing those competences, LOUIS which provides educators a language for transversal competences and BEVI which is a beliefs, experiences and values inventory to raise awareness for student diversity.
The training programme on how to use these tools has been launched. Seven training events were attended by 92 representatives of our partner universities and 18 associate partner university members. SEISMIC: Two summer university courses on Bachelor and Graduate level (Master, PhD) at CBS and a Master course at Uinn as well as a new online Masters, which is also a lifelong learning offer, are developed based on SEISMIC. The validation for social entrepreneurship and innovation competences is in progress to be ready for application in the pilot domains and the different educational levels (Bachelor, Master, Lifelong learning, educator training). The validated test will begin in Autumn 2023 in line with the planning and will continue over two semesters. LOUIS: 9 courses in all 4 Aurora domains at 7 Aurora partners on Bachelor and Master levels.
