Description
The Imagebase presents highlights from the University Library of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. It contains high quality images and detailed descriptions of various collections, a valuable source for both national and international research. What may you find in the Imagebase? On offer are: clay tablets and other objects from the Near and Middle East, engraved portraits of protestant leaders (ca. 1500), historical maps (before 1900), and many other resources. The images are of high quality with detailed descriptions which make them suitable for national and international researchers.
