ICAN – Interdisciplinary Center for Analytics on the Nanoscale
Description
The Core Facility Interdisciplinary Center for Analytics on the Nanoscale (ICAN) at the University of Duisburg-Essen combines machines, methods and scientific expertise for analysis on the nanometer scale. The core of ICAN is the microscopy center in the NanoEnergieTechnikZentrum (NETZ) in Duisburg. With brand new laboratories, specially designed for the newest machines, the microsopy center is perfectly equipped for the most sensitive measurements down the atomic length scale.
