Genomics and Transcriptomics Facility (GTF)
Description
The services of the Genomics and Transcriptomics Facility comprise genomic analyses via next generation sequencing, microarrays and real-time PCR. These include particularly the following tasks: consultation for project planning and selection of the appropriate method; consultation for and conduct of sample preparation and data analyses; technical support; quality control of the samples and intermediate products; development, establishment and optimization of methods.
