The aim of the course is to prepare new social entrepreneurs for the current global environment with all its opportunities as well as challenges. Timeline: February 20: Sustainability in Business (Jaroslava Kubátová) February 27: Cultural differences and specifics influencing sustainable business (Jaroslava Kubátová) March 5: Social enterprises leaders and stakeholders (Jaroslava Kubátová) March 12: SE: its conceptualization in European countries. (Ondřej Kročil) March 19: Social enterprise business plan – the specifics of economic sustainability of SE. Financing of SE. (Ondřej Kročil) March 25: Crisis management of SE (Ondřej Kročil) April 9: SE business plans – discussion, defenses (Ondřej Kročil, Jaroslava Kubátová)

Required expertise: Basic knowledge in economics and management. Technical requirements: This is an online course for students across Aurora Alliance Universities. Zoom and Moodle are used in this course. Appropriate equipment and a stable internet connection are necessary to attend the course.
