Aurora communities connect students, researchers, educators, professional staff, partners, and external stakeholders across the universities within Aurora and beyond. Our cooperation is built around shared interests and societal challenges. By bringing together our expertise, we aim to foster knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovation in education, research, and societal engagement.

Communities of Practice

Our members collaborate around shared themes, challenges, or professional interests within interdisciplinary networks. Through these communities, we have the opportunity to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and develop sustainable joint initiatives for positive societal impact.

Student Community

We provide a platform for our students to engage actively in shaping Aurora. Through the Aurora Student Council and Aurora Student Ambassador programme, our students are exposed to student-led projects at an international level. These activities help them develop leadership skills, and expand their peer networks across Europe.

Aurora Doctoral Pool

We connect doctoral candidates and researchers with academic experts from across Aurora, enabling them to identify potential supervisors, dissertation reviewers, committee members, and research partners. The Doctoral Pool facilitates international research networks and strengthens the quality and internationalisation of doctoral education.
