This course explores the intersection of sport, tourism, and event management with a focus on sustainability. Students learn about current topics and research in sport event tourism, including stakeholder management, event legacies, and sustainable destination development. Through lectures, case studies, group projects, and participation in scientific symposia, students develop skills to critically analyze, apply, and communicate knowledge in real-world contexts. The course combines theoretical input with practical experiences to prepare students for managing sustainable events and sport tourism initiatives.   On-site phase in Innsbruck:  15-02-2026 – 21-02-2026 Online sessions: 10-02-2026 – 17-03-2026
