Thomas Baumgartner is Aurora Institutional Coordinator at Universität Innsbruck. He has vast experience in higher education strategy development and implementation and joined Universität Innsbruck in 2012. Since then, he has been leading several change management projects, including the introduction of the multiannual strategic plan 2022-2027 of Universität Innsbruck or the accession of Universität Innsbruck to Aurora. He holds a PhD in Political Science and an MBA degree in higher education management from University College London.
